From the history it seems like a muscular spasmodic pain which can be due to prolonged sitting/ lifting weights/ having a jerk etc. I would recommend you doing simple back extension exercises (surya-namaskar) and stretching after every 2 hours of sitting and doing hot water fomentation twice a day. Is there any other symptoms like pain radiating to the legs?

Apart from the above suggestions, you need to take a break from your regular posture i.e. Long sitting, every two hours. Get up, move around, Stretch your back both sideways and rotation. This will prevent you from getting muscle spasm due to long sustained contraction of muscles of back. Add on back strengthening and stretching excercises to your daily routine- morning and evening.

Hello dear you have to follow her strictions strictly also have support in your lower back and do regular hot fermantaion at all spin, walking is very important as a simple exercise so you have to walk regular 3 km and increase your water.
