I had pathy at any time in a day and sometimes not happens for two two days. Please suggest me the best way to have it at regular time in morning.

You have to regularise your routine. Sleeping at a fixed time, waking up at a fixed time will help a lot. No staying awake late in the night. Eating well balanced food, 2 hourly meals ,exercise of minimum 150 minutes/week will help positively. If symptoms still persist you can take appointment here.
