Your ideal weight is 66 kg at present you're 70kg. Just 4kg. High.Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins eggs, nonveg,ovre eating, take less as you fillhungry. Take fiber food as much as you can take. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help. After dinner walk slowly 1to2 km daily to mainten weight.
