Hello..... Weight gain is due to unhealthy diet and sedentary life...
Firstly eat simple food.. Avoid junk food and oily things and spices because they increase fat deposition... Prefer healthy food and also include Salad in your diet......
Drink lots of water.. It also regulate weight......
Prefer skimmed milk and tbeir products.......
Avoid cold drinks.. Prefer fresh juices........

Do muscle building exercise. Eat more frequently with extra amount of food.
Take cake, pastries, chocolate. Add ghee, butter, cream, jam, jelly with foods. Eat dense fruits, vegetables. Include more protein in diet which will help to gain weight. Take nuts seeds. No water during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. These are very helpful but for quick and effective result consult me privately on lybrate.

Your ideal weight is 66 kg at present you're 70kg. Just 4kg. High.Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins eggs, nonveg,ovre eating, take less as you fillhungry. Take fiber food as much as you can take. Take simpal veg food in lunch end dinner. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, cold drinks, fruites juices.After dinner walk slowly 1to 2km. Daily. For medicinal advice ask privetly. Dr. Tare

Take 1 cup of warm water with 1 tea spooneach of lime juice and honey and pinch of black pipper have this is an empty stomach twice a day. - increase intake of fruits. Salad and vegetables.

Your ideal weight will 65 kg you have to reduce up to 5 kg only. Change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee prepretion, fast, spacy, junck, over eating foods. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help. After dinner walk slowly 1to2 km daily to mainten weight. Take sleep 6to8hoyears daily, do not sleep in noon take rest for half an hour.
