Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). There are a few mistakes that you r doing.
Weight training-- do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. Other days you can do cardio exercises. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms. What kind of exercise you are doing? It should be regular, that will boost your digestion and metabolism add some healthy and energy packed food-dry fruits in morning with breakfast
fruit or fruit juice between breakfast n lunch
lunch should be complete meal with curd
evening snacks
dinner
before going bed warm milk with ghee.

Dear user, hope you are doing well. The best weight gain diet is which you can follow consistently without any difficulty. The focus should be on energy and nutrient dense foods, or foods that are high in calories as well as high in vitamins and minerals. Tips never work to achieve your target, but you may do certain changes like avoid gaping in between two meals, add healthy meal and reduce junk meal. Ideally you should consult a dietitian for that.
As a general rule the meals in early day should be heavy.
Which can include eggs, milk, oats, pulses and sprouts etc.
Evening you can take vegetables and soups.
Better add a good protein powder like amway all plant protein powder.

Hello lybrate-user! to overcome obesity avoid fatty and fried foods and excess sugars in the form of cold drinks and preserved juices. Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fiber-rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Have lots of vegetables and fruits. Hello Mudassir Hassan !To gain weight Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels.Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass.Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily.Have fruits and vegetables in good quantity.Do 30 minutes exercise daily. Avoid cabbage, cauliflower and soya products (soya chunks , soya milk, tofu etc)
