I am a very lean person. Even though I eat more I am not gaining any weight. I am underweight as per bmi. I am pure vegetarian. Please suggest the food so that I gain the weight.

It should be regular, that will boost your digestion and metabolism add some healthy and energy packed food-dry fruits in morning with breakfast fruit or fruit juice between breakfast n lunch lunch should be complete meal with curd evening snacks dinner before going bed warm milk with ghee.
