What are the best home remedies for hair fall?

    Massage this oil onto your scalp and leave it on for half an hour. Then wash it out and shampoo your hair. You can also use a paste of Amla powder and lime juice, instead. Use this remedy twice a week.

  2. Onion juice:

    The anti-bacterial properties and sulfur content of onions help to strengthen hair as well as boost hair growth. To make this remedy simply peel, cut, and grate an onion. Then strain out the juice of the grated onion. You can either apply this juice directly or add a spoon of olive oil to it.

    Massage the juice onto your scalp and leave it on, for around half an hour. Then shampoo your hair thoroughly. Repeat this process twice a week.

  3. Aloe Vera juice or gel:

    Aloe vera promotes healthy growth of hair and also normalizes pH levels of the scalp. Apply either Aloe Vera juice or gel to your hair twice a week, before you shampoo it. You can use this remedy twice or thrice a week.

  4. Beetroot:

    Beetroot is a rich source of ions, vitamins, proteins, and calcium which makes the hair healthy and strong. Beetroot also reduces hair fall by making the hair follicle strong.

  5. Yoghurt:

    Yoghurt is one of the most effective home remedies for oily scalp. Yoghurt prevents the excess secretion of sebum. You can apply yoghurt by mixing it with lemon juice and baking soda.

  6. Egg mask:

    Egg yolk is a rich source of fatty acid and some other essential nutrients that helps to retain the sebum in the scalp and prevent from its extra secretions. You can apply egg yolk by mixing it with lemon juice.

  7. Coconut milk:

    Coconut milk is a rich source of proteins and vitamins. Coconut milk helps to prevent hair loss, it prevents the scalp from becoming dry and makes the hair healthy.

  8. Fenugreek:

    These seeds have been a part of Indian cuisine since ages but what one does not know is that fenugreek seeds are loaded with anti-fungal properties.

    To use fenugreek seeds for eliminating dandruff, a tablespoon of these seeds must be soaked in water for a few hours and then a paste of these seeds should be made. This paste must be applied to the scalp and allowed to work for 30 min. After 30 minutes the hair should be washed with lukewarm water to attain the desired result.

  9. Spinach, carrot, and walnut:

    It contains proteins and vitamins that make the hair follicle strong and nourish the hair. It helps to reduce hair fall.
