3. eat more fruits and green vegetables
4. No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food
5. No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks

locally apply anovate/ shield/oxeurate cream any one. applicator not to use. use index finger first on butthole then gentaly push inside rotate the finger so all anal mucosa covered with ointment two times a day for 2-3 weeks for complete healing.

Avoid being in a hurry when you go for defecation. Try and go for defecation at a regular time.
Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Increase fiber content of diet with food like whole grains, vegetables, wheat bran, and legumes. You can also take fiber supplements like psyllium. Engage in physical activity regularly (at least 150 mins/week).
