Doctor from last 3-4 months i'm facing pain after passing stool after some hours it used to get relaxed. It has happened after passing hard stool due to constipation. But now it's not getting better I feel uncomfortable after passing stool daily pls suggest.

Do some moderate exercise. Lots of liquids, fruits and vegitables. Atleast 8 glass of water in a day. Avoid junk foods, over eating. Walk after dinner. Take trifala churn 1 tsp at night with warm water .take anjeer 3 peices soaked overnight in water.
