Hi lybrate-user, Please have 3 main meals and 2 short meals 3 main meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) 2 Short meal - between breakfast and lunch have mix soaked dry fruits & Between Lunch and dinner have a plate of fruit salad. Also start AshwagandhRishta 20 ml twice after food.

hello sir. u will start exercise regularly . take high protein diet. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast and meals. take milk and milk products . take soya milk, soya beans,milk with dates,juice with glucose .do stretching exercise alternate dates.
