I ejaculate very fast. I mean while I masturbate with 15-20 seconds I cum. And while I sex with my girlfriend with few seconds 5-10, I cum It is a really shameful moment for me. When I move my foreskin down then time increases a bit. How should I increase the time in which I ejaculate.
