Is drinking water after completion of whole meal is better or taking water in between meal is better?

hello Lybrate user drinking water just before the food is absolutely wrong it dilute our digestive juices and lead to indigestion/ poor digestion. drinking water in a small quantity in between food is good for health. drinking water just after completion of food is also wrong and lead to indigestion.

Hello, You should prefer having water pre or post meals. Having water in between the meals doesn't help.
