When I eat breakfast time I feel vomit I doesn't eat too much properly and food can't able to digest I'm doing exercise but my weight not gain.

Avoid exercise or travelling immediately after breakfast. Dont eat your breakfast hurriedly. Chew properly. Have fresh fruits in ur breakfast. Avoid milk in the breakfast. Dont eat nonveg in breakfast. Exercise before eating so u will be hungry and will b able to digest the food properly. For weight gain have Ashwagandha churna with homemade ghee after food intake twice a day. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
