You need to get a CT scan of your nose and paranasal sinuses. That will tell the ENT Surgeon how to treat your particular problem. Not all crooked noses need surgery. When the crookedness causes an obstruction in the pathway needed for medicines which need to be administered intranasally, then, and only then should surgery be undertaken. Even then the least possible surgical intervention should be planned to just about clear that pathway! This gives best results.
