Mr. lybrate-user symptoms of kidney stones. 1. No symptoms 2. Pain it may be cruciating or mild pain in the side and back below the ribs, pain spreds to the lower abdomen and groin, pain usually in waves and fluctuates in intensity, pai may be during urination. 3. Blood in urine (pink red or brown urine. 4. Infection may result cloudy or foul smelling urine 5. Frequency of micturation, urge of urination but no urine 6 nausea and vomiting 7. Fever with rigour, burning in urination take plenty of water and go for usg kub and surgery if stone is there.
