I am a nursing mother of a 3 month old and have experienced a drop in my milk supply. Could you please advise any supplements I can take? I have tried lactonic granules but not of much drastic effect.

I think you are too much stressed , I suggest you to have healthy balanced meal as per your needs , drink plenty of water and milk. Make sure baby is latching to the breast nicely and you are not in a hurry. the only thing that increase the milk supply of mother is calm composure. Just make sure your baby is passing urine every 4-5 hours and gaining weight normally as these are the indirect indicators of adequate milk supply.
