I want to know that i am doing gym follow diet also but every month I suffer from cold n cough some time fever what is the reason behind.

A proper rest/sleep of 8-10 hours is must for you. Do not leave the habit of waking early morning on days when you are not going for gyming. Early to bed and early to rise Perhaps you are having low immunity and hence the consequences. Once your body adopts the diet and all you will be fine.
