Try to walk in the morning starting from 15 min and extending it to 1 hr eventually. Start eating regular meals in small portions. Donot miss breakfast at all neither other meals. Eat small portions and avoid over eating. Avoid fried, spicy snacks and fast food. Avoid chocolates, ice cream and beverages. Instead have fresh fruits and salads. Have fresh fruit juice.
