Recently from the past few days after my dinner when I go to bed I feel like my heart burns, I feel very uncomfortable while sleeping, its like somethings burning on my chest, is it due to gastric problem. I usually have 4 to 5 chapattis with some spicy at dinner. And I also have a lot of water while eating, is it because of this. Please help.

hello... it's acidity... it's because of your heavy meal in dinner.... dinner must be light... reduce chapati and spices in dinner.... drink water half an hr after meal.. prefer warm water... start walk after dinner.. it will reduce acidity.. take your dinner 2 hrs before going to sleep... do these to reduce acidity .. . consult me privately for proper treatment and medicine....

It is acidity. You have to avoid spicy food and eat only half of what yu eat now and eat at least 2 hours before bedtime and take a small walk (even if at home) before retiring to bed.
