My vit-D level is 5 ng/ml its better to take injection 6lakhs IU of cholecalciferol and caco3 or oral supplements of cholecalciferol calcium and zinc.

Oral supplementation is good enough. Also take sunbath in the morning if possible to enable your body to harness sun's energy to make Vitamin D naturally. Also, since Vitamin D is fat soluble, you also need to eat fat to absorb it. Good sources are Flax seeds, Walnuts, Almonds, extra virgin olive oil, mustard oil( for cooking) and saturated fats (Ghee or malai or makhan but in less amounts).
