• Maintain 1200-1600 calories, through dietary regulation.
• Tk, 4 Marie, biscuits with a cup of tea -1 cup of sprouts, 1/2 apples -morning at 7.00 am.
• 3 sliced breads with one cup of milk (without sugar, 1 egg,(white portion) at 9.00 am.
• 100 gm of fruits can be taken, avoiding grapes, banana,ripened mangoes.
