My height is 5'7" an d age is 22 years. My weight is 50 kg. I want to build my body and gain weight. Does protien shake is good for me or they are harmful for my body? And also suggest me a good height supplement also.

If you want to built your body you have to do exercises to strengthen your muscles and take more protein diets. For strengthening your muscles join a gym and do the exercises regularly.
