Best solution will reach stepwise. Start like this: Start eating light food with lots of salads and fibers, coarse multigrain food. Drink fresh buttermilk after breakfast and lunch. Drink warm water a lot in the morning and at night by mixing little black salt. Walk daily to max extent (walk at a stretch), do yoga postures esp uttanpaadasan, do pranayam and kapaalbhati.
