Hi Lybrate user you can manage your anger by proper take care of your self. Try some relaxation technique like breathing exercise. Identify your hobby and do some of your favourite activities, like singing, listening music, talk to friend etc. Time to time give yourself a treat you will feel much better and try to enjoy your life. When you feel your anger escalating try to do some physical activities. Think before you speak and when you feel yourself calm express your views. Always remind yourself that anger won't fix anything but create many problems. But if your anger seems out of control you can opt counselling sessions. Thanks.
