Its not advisable to shed weight in a short period of time as it can affect your health in a bad way. Since you are still in your teens it is better that you go slow and eat a balanced diet but in small portions at a time. Have more of fruits and vegetables as they have less calories and will keep you energetic. Avoid all junk food and cold drinks. Drink sufficient water 10-12 glasses through out the day. Start mild to moderate exercise. (Learn Yoga as it will bring harmony in your system and stabilize the metabolism) Have soups and salads regularly. Get your self checked by a doctor to rule out any underlying cause for your weight gain. Keep your parents in the communication and take their help to motivate you.
