Frequently I need to go for pooping (lose motion) every 1-4 hours after eating. I was in medication for depression. Yesterday was last day of my medication. My liver is weak. I try follow balanced diet because my goal is to become a body builder. What I need to do? I'm getting disturbed. please help.

Immediately start the following: 1.Bilvadi chooran in curd. 1 tsp in 1 bowl of curd thrice a day. 2. Maha shankh vati 2 tab, Kutajghan vati 1 tab thrice a day with warm water. 3. Kutajarishta 20 ml + equal water twice a day after meals. Do all for 15 days and report back. After your information further assessment will be done.
