What are natural sources of vitamin b12 to improve brain power. I had a trouble recently due to mental stress. My BP was 170/100 and I had to admit in the hospital. I have given medicines which I take regularly. I have been deceived by my relative in a land deal where I lost high amount in 2008 which affected me tp think always.
