Hello, Both honey and milk are full of nutrients. It improves digestion and is good for anti-aging. It is good for skin and hair. When taken at night it helps in sound sleep.

Hello, Honey does have nutritional benefits, but it also contributes to unnecessary calories. Instead adding turmeric or grated almonds to warm milk will give you better results.

Honey is good for your health-it has nutritional benefits, You can keep on taking honey and cut down on your sugar intake; honey from any bees (big bees also) has got the same good properties, take multi-coloured salads and raw vegetables like carrot yellow capsicum, Broccoli,beet root,; Nuts (Dry fruits) and Flax seeds have Anti-ageing effect,
