I am 23 year old male. Suffering from high pressure, heart break, failure,becoming alcoholic day by day. Want to die. Previous history in past I have been a drug addict break up was the reason after that have been to drug addiction center, then left all that stuff. After 4 years I have been suffering from high trauma now want to end up my life. I got no friends to share my story. Feeling sad and depressed all the time.

Dear Arhaan, Sad to hear your story. It is good that you went to de-addiction center and left all those stuff. Like that, you can go back to alcohol de-addiction center and give up alcohol also. It is difficult but with consistent motivation it can be done. During the de addiction, you will be given both antidepressant tablets and therapy. Since the staff at de-addiction center know that depression is both the cause and the effect of drug and alcohol addiction. Once you are off alcohol, you will be able to make friends and maintain them. You will get good carrier. But it all takes months to achieve and you will have to work on it. It does not come automatically. All the best and continue your efforts for at least 1 year.
