My weight is 51 kgs and I would not like to loose weight. The only problem I have is my belly fat. All these years I was slim and perfect but suddenly my belly fat hs increased and I want to reduce that. So is there any diet chart or any kind of exercise that I can do for reducing belly fat.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, bread, rice, potato. You can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs and fish Lunch - Cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - Paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - Dry fruits and Nuts with green tea.
