From a few days My stomach is not good. Its seems like tight when I eat food or not. I am also not feeling hungry. Its seems like gas problem. Can you give suggestions for this problem for a long time.

Hi, This is due to indigestion prb. Change your diet should avoid spicy, junk, soft drinks, fried food and flatulent food like potato. Drink plenty of water and juices. 7/8 hrs night sleep consume buttermilk daily. Take ginger mixed with warm water in the morning.

Change the food pattern and take less amount at small intervals. Do not take too spicy and oily food. 1 Sutsekhar rasa (plain) _ 2 tab twice before food / empty stomach with fresh turmeric juice 2 .Krimimudgar rasa 1 + Shankha vati 2 _ one dose twice with warm water after food.

This is you gastritis or may be due to simple acidity problem. All you need to do is take food in 3-4?\hrs intetval. Take plenty of water, don't take too much spicy-fatty food. Take fruits everyday.
