Tell your friends, family, and other people you’re close to that you’re trying to quit. They can encourage you to keep going, especially when you’re tempted to light up. I uggest you to join a SUPPORT GROUP of people who have quit smoking by hearing their experiences with you. 4..You can quit. All you need is the proper motivation. Maybe a visit to a pulmonary clinic might help. Take a long look around at the people in the lobby. Many of them are like you (and me), they smoked for years and always had the excuse that it was just too hard to quit. Just think, if you keep lighting up, you can end up just like them. If you really want an eye-opener, go to a hospital and volunteer your services for a month or so. Every time you light up a cigarette, you get one step closer to that for an end. Be strong. You can beat this habit just like millions of people do every year. You just need a stronger reason to quit - at least a stronger reason that the one you use to defend your smoking. Good luck. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

HeLlo doctor. After my 1st intercourse with my husband I'm bleeding for 3 to 4 days. Before 15 days I got my menses cycle. But now again I'm bleeding. The bleeding was not so high. See with first intercourse, hymen which is the covering membrane to the vagina is torn and that's why bleeding occurs. You can definitely have sex when you have minimal bleeding. It is definitely not menses.

Hi I have been having severe problems with sleep. I cannot sleep at all. I hardly sleep foe 2 hours properly. I have been taking Lonazep and Mirtaz for many years. I have the problem since last 6 years. I had consulted a psychiatrist initially for the first year and later, I did not. I do not get proper sleep even after taking those pills. I have somehow managed to taper down the dose. Currently, I have stopped Lonazep completely and Mirtaz, I ma taking only 7.5 Mg. But My sleep is worse, and everymorning I get up with body pain, too much tiredness and burning eyes and nauseating feeling. Serious problems, like burning sensation in hips and thighs during the day. And weakness in legs and also severe Pain in Feet have already started. I have restless and painful legs during sleep and feet stiffness and pain is throughout the day. I ma not sure whether this is nerve or ortho related but definitely sure that this is because of my sleep problems. I am really frustrated with the other mentioned problems as well. I am 36, in a good job with no stress at work and my personal family stress is also minimal. I am single as well Please help!

Requires detailed investigation and examination Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

SUNSTROKE:

It?s caused due to exposure to the sun or excessive heat and characterized by rise in temperature, convulsion and coma.

Symptoms of Sunstroke:

Signs of shock (ex. Bluish lips and fingernails, confusion)
? Loss of consciousness
? A temperature over 102F (38.9C)
? Rapid breathing and/or pulse
? Weak heartbeat, lethargy, nausea, vomiting, and dark urine
? Seizures.

Prevention of Sunstroke:

Sunstroke can be prevented by drinking plenty of water and avoiding overtaxing the body in hot weather.
Home Remedies For Sunstroke:
Natural Remedy : Apply onion paste on the forehead.
Herbal Remedy for Sunstroke with Fenugreek(methi):
Take some dried fenugreek leaves. Soak them in cold water for sometime. Then crush the leaves with hand. Sieve and add little honey.

Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy..- Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours.  Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..- Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. - Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..- If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..- Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..- No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. - Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .- Take deworming tablets every six month.  .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful All the best.
