Hi HAPPY NEW YEAR! The most important part of your diet is small frequent meals every 2-3 hours. Take fresh green leafy vegetables. Fruits like apple, sweet lime, guava, papaya, strawberry, pomegranate, oranges can be taken but one cup and as a snack and not with meals. Avoid too much rice, sugar and oil. Avoid bakery products, sweets, junk food, potato, beetroot, yam. Drink lots of water. You can have skinless chicken and fish 2-3 times a week and 2 egg whites a day if you are a non vegetarian. Eat lots of sprouts.

You can take lot of salad, missi roti no ghee on chapati 1-2 chapati at a time. Eat slowlt chew well. Take 3 meals. Two times fruits one hour before meal or two hours after meal. Fruits all can be taken except mango, banana ,grapes, chikoo and leechi. No fruit juices. Potato and rice should be avoided. Further quiry you can ask from me.
