Hi! I am following a diet which contains grilled chicken for lunch and dinner I am having 5 days in a weeks does it effects much? I don't no whether it's true or not people says that eating much chicken leads to memory loss in Feb I have exams does chicken really effects? How much quantity can I have in a week? Thanks in advance :)

No. It's doesn't.no need to worry. But eat a whole some diet consisting of chicken, fruits, vegetables. All the best.

Hello, Nonveg consumption is based on which part of the chicken you consume,ideally 50 to 60 gms of deskinned chicken is permissable,but its consumption is based on how much proteins your body needs from it. Chicken is slowly absorbed and digested by human body ,as it lacks in fiber. You can always compliment your grilled chicken with a platter of fresh green salad to enhance digestion.
