Hi, I am suffering from diarrhea and possibly food poisoning after having a lot of sabudana sago peppers, the dry packeted ones you just deep fry and eat. It is possible that the oil is causing it and it may be rancid too, but still looks, smells and tastes normal only a little darker. But the sago is well expired with the date saying almost 3.5 years ago! Will indigestion medications help when I eat these?

If they got expired try to avoid them and don't use indigestion medicine having this expired sago. Better avoid them.
