Dear lybrate user, You are underweight , that,s why you have hollow cheeks. Increase your weight and aapke cheeks bhi bhar jayenge. There are lot of things which you can eat to increase your weight. Start your day with protein rich breakfast. Have eggs milk and stuffed paranthas with ghee. In lunch have daal, chickpeas, rajma, saag, and roti , curd, rice, . Put extra ghee in daal. Instead of 3 big meals have 5-6 small meals. Have milk shakes, soups. Boil 4 khajoor daily in milk and have it. Have eggs, meat, chicken, green leafy veggies, fruits, milk, paneer, nuts, murabbas. Apart from that do some exercise and sleep at least 8 hrs.
