I was just doing little diet by controlling my break fast but after some months I was feeling tired n I was feeling my heart beats were heavy n I was not able walk fast also n I was having pain in my chest n upper abdomen please suggest me.

you should not restrict breakfast. the rule is take, breakfast should be taken like a king i.e., heavy food so that you will have lot of energy for fulfilling the days obligations. lunch should be taken like a prince i.e., moderate lunch and dinner should be taken like a pauper i.e., very little qunatity. so follow this and still feel the same difficulty get back we will be able to guide you further. good luck

Hi most likely it because of gastritis or acid peptic reflux disease.
Due to diet control acid secretion has increased in your body leading to severe gastritis.
