It can be high blood pressure ,it can be anxiety, or it can be a palpitation itself a tachycardia or a arrythmia. Just get your blood pressure checked by automatic machine when you wake up next time if anxiety levels are high take benzodiazepenes at time of sleep. And get holter done to check the nature of false beats.
