Dear doctor hello, my daughter age 10 years weight 26 kg. h/o fever since 16 may high grade fever shivering blood investigation shows typhoid fever salmonella typhi detected in blood culture she got in monocef 10 days 21 may to 30 may after that tab cepodoxime poxitil 100 bd next 5 days andshe respond, again onset of fever from 15 jun high grade fever up to 104'f every 6 to 8 hours interval and vomiting once or twice a day. kindly suggest me investigation management and treatment I will be highly obliged.
