It is said that Ghee has high cholesterol content, being so how does it do good for heart and obesity. Can cardiac patients consume Ghee daily. If so what quantity?

Ghee means dalda. Or vanaspati ghee is harmful not desi ghee from cow take two tsp salt with milk or food.

Hi no a cardiac patient should not take ghee butter or any other saturated fatty acids rather saffola ,olive oil and rice bran oil should be taken by a cardiac patient its a myth that ghee is good for heart and for obesity stop taking ghee in any form ,it is a saturated fatty acid and is very dangerous por a diagnosed cardiac patient thank you.
