Hello doctor, I am 34 years old, having personal problem. Actually never had night fall and getting delayed in ejaculation, it seems some time taking 45 min to ejaculate or some time need to do with hand. Actually I am good with masturbate but not with intercourse. With masturbate able to ejaculate in 10 min or some time less than that time but problem facing with intercourse. I need bady but I don't know what I need to do. Currently started with himalaya speman tablet daily 1 morning and 1 night. Please suggest me.
