I am male, 63 years, 5'5" and weight 70 kgs, having diabetes, taking medicines for the same. My problems are: Due to accident injury in both my knees, there is always pain in my knees though taking medicines but still paining. Also always in winter my back is also giving constant pain and finding difficulty in walking. Please advise/treatment.
