I am thin and weak I want to be healthy so I take meals daily on time but there is no improve in muscles pls suggest any medicine to improve my digestive system and muscles.

well dear taking meals on time means taking three major meals or having 6-7 meals daily,tell me you're on which way.take every 2 hours some healthy nd nutritious food to eat.then in your whole description i didn't find the level of exercise or physical activity,which means that may be you're not physicasl active as well.so,start having proper diet nd exercise daily.you don't need any kind of medicine.but yes you need nutrition therapy.some ideas to improve your weight are have banana shake,egg,meat,ghee,vegetables,pulses,fruits,nuts,home-made ladoos,etc.hope you get my point.nd if need any other hlp feel free to ask.take care dear.hav a gud day!

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5.
