My mind get hurts very quickly even with a small situation or with a single word from anyone. So it turns my mind to a big sadness and then my mind develops revenge to them. And also I am always thinking what others think about me. Others are observing me what I am doing. So always I am afraid to do anything in front of others. If any mistake occur my mind get depressed. So how can I get out of this.
