I have a harmonic problem my body hormones are imbalance that's why mostly time I have back pain.

Diet- rice,wheat,moong (green gram), Til ( sesame), Cows ghee, louki(white gourd), anar(pomegranate), garlic,milk . Lifestyle- do gentle massage with medicated oil,fomentation,rest . Avoid- Diet -barley,chana,mutter,karela,supari,jamun,dried or frozen meat,stale food,pungent food,chilled water should be avoided. Lifestyle- stress,keeping late nights,curbing of natural urges, excessive sexual activity,exposure to dry n cold air should be avoided. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Use lumber spine belt. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Apply Hot water bag on back for 15 minutes. 8. Take proper diet add fruits in your morning breakfast. 9. Don't eat junk food, fried food. 10. TAKE CALCIUM, VITAMIN D 3 AND METHYLCOBALMINE SUPPLEMENT FOR ONE MONTH.
