I lived in Madhya pradesh. There my hair was so long so strong and thick and skin was also so good no pimples and no acnes at all. Right now I am living in ghaziabad and facing the opposite effects that the grace of my hair and skin starts decreasing. I am 23 years old. Kindly tell me some tricks to undo such situations.
