Before starting any exercise plan you need to make sure you have a solid food eating habbits which can bring a god whole results along with exercises. Lets say you're 56 kgs, you need to consume around 1-1.5gms of Protein per kilo of your bodyweight, Lower down your carbs a bit and increase healthy fats which will make sure your insulin remains stable and you do not become insulin sensitive. Regarding exercises, you can go for a 10 minute of warm up and proceed with your weight lifting sessions for 45-50 minutes like squats, deadlifts, pull ups, push ups, lunges, bench press, military press x 3 sets x 10 reps.
