Dear Doctors, I am having an issue with erection. I am able to get an erection while watching Porn videos, and even while sleeping but not when I want to make out with mh wife. Why is it and what is the cause. I am sacred that it could be a symbol of me loosing my manhood. I am over weight of 145 kgs too but now working towards loosing my weight.
