I am feeling slightly pain in my left chest some times it will feel some it won't I don't feel any fever are tiredness are heart during are short breathing I will go cycling in morning I won't feel tiredness when I raiding cycle 2 days back I felt little stomach burning.

Please continue cycling and change your life style and food habits. It is most likely acid peptic symptoms, however one ECG is required. Please avoid smoking, rich spicy meals, ALCOHOL, qork stress if any .Do regular Excercise. Still pain show to a physician. Regards.

Dear lybrateuser, -You should reduce your weight as it can lead to heart problem & gastroesophageal reflux disease -have more of vegetables & fruits in your diet, avoid spicy, fried, processed & junk food, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, chew your food well, do not lye down for at least 2-3 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - do regular exercise for at least one hour like brisk walking, cycling, swimming, also do yoga for proper digestion -take syrup gelusil , 2 teaspoonful half an hour after every meal -avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee, aerated drinks, sweets, salty snacks -get your bp checked, blood cbc, sugar, cholesterol, ecg if not done earlier & consult a doctor.
