Respected doctor I am 23 years old. When I ejaculated I feel pain in my pennies. And I also have pain in my calf region from my knees to feet of my both legs including pain in my right hip. I am also having minimal posterior disc protrusion at c5-6, which makes me suffer from upper back pain. I am having medicine from reputed neurologist since an year. And l am also having physiotherapy. Some complains are due to nerve compression. Injured Nerve takes long time to recover. Do as your neurologist tells you. Do physiotherapy as per guidance for your treating doctor i.e. Neurologist. And for pain in penis while ejaculating, I hope you are not doing excessive masturbation. Ideally Masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging as exercise early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also. Since you have neuro problem then do required exercises in the morning to burn calories according to your neurologist.
